Dryland Training Room
The Dryland Training Area features a dynamic mix of equipment including:
- A 1-meter springboard with a foam pit, a flush-mount trampoline, and a foam-padded floor.
- Free weights, cable weights, and a variety of strength training tools to help athletes enhance their performance.
This space is designed for supervised use only, with a qualified coach, personal trainer, or instructor on hand to ensure safety and effective training. It is reserved exclusively for approved, structured training programs to maximize results and maintain safety standards.
