Meeting Space

Hulbert Aquatic Center has one conference room with eight mid-back mesh swivel chairs and four nesting tables. The conference room houses a 55" television and hookups for laptops (you must supply your own laptop and adaptors).

The Hulbert Aquatic Center has one large classroom that can be divided into two rooms for various events. Each room houses a 65" television that is fully equipped for laptop hookup (you must supply your own laptop). For large events, one classroom can be used as a coaches' and officials' hospitality space, and the second classroom is used as a concession area. 

Each classroom has 26 blue chairs, 13 flip-top tables (72"x24"), and one double-sided magnetic whiteboard (96"x40") that can be arranged in multiple layouts for event customization.
