Other Requests

Photographers and families wishing to utilize the Hulbert Aquatic Center as the location for student-athletes’ senior pictures must submit an online request form one week prior to the desired use dates. Once received, facility staff will review the request and send a confirmation email within 48 hours of submission. Requests to utilize the space during public open swim or lap swim are free of charge. Requests to utilize the space outside of these hours will be assessed a facility rental fee.

• We ask photographers to be considerate of the public and avoid capturing spectators and/or guests in photos.

Senior Picture Request Form

Photographers, media outlets, or families wishing to utilize the Hulbert Aquatic Center as a location for filming or photographing media content must submit an online request form two business days prior to the desired use date(s). Once received, facility staff will review the request and send a confirmation email within one business day of submission. If your request requires additional attention or approval from the West Fargo Public Schools Public Relations Department, you will be provided additional information and notified of this procedure.
