Party Rentals

Inflatable Party Sessions for January 2026 - April 2026 are sold out. Please check back for when our summer sessions are released on April 1st, 2026.* party reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Hulbert Aquatic Center is thrilled to offer a variety of party packages for you to rent. Each package includes the use of a party room and the competition pool for two hours (the first 90 minutes in the pool and two hours in the party room).

General Information

Participants attending a party rental are prohibited from entering the designated lap swim areas. The purchase of a party rental does not guarantee a private facility or pool. Party rentals will be assigned a specific area of the facility for their group.

Note: Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis; we do not hold dates.

HOW TO BOOK

Step 1: Party Rental Applications.

All party rentals must submit a rental application form to Hulbert Aquatic Center at least 15 business days in advance of the desired use date(s).

Step 2: Rental Contracts

Once your application is approved, an electronic rental contract will be emailed as "notifications@sender.rschooltoday.net". All contacts should be reviewed, then electronically signed.

Renters must electronically sign the contract confirming the information at least 10 business days before the party rental.

Step 3: Online Payments

Invoices will be issued once the contract is signed and available to access in the online client portal. Payment must be submitted in full via credit card on your online client portal at least 24 hours prior to the start of the party rental. If you need to pay via cash or check, special accommodation must be prearranged with the facility at least 48 hours prior to the start of your rental contract.

Step 4: Facility Expectations

All participants are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival of the party rental.
Proper adult supervision must be maintained during the entire rental.
Renters are permitted to bring in outside food and beverages (no glass containers) and must remain in the party room.
Renters can arrive no more than 15 minutes early for their rental and must vacate the party room within 15 minutes of the conclusion of their rental.
We are an adhesive and helium balloon-free facility. The use of these items is strictly prohibited.
A swim test will be administered prior to entering the water. Passing the swim test allows the swimmer to enter the water without a life vest. If an individual is not able to complete the swim test, they will be asked to wear a Lifejacket for the duration of the party. Lifejackets are available on-site.
The use of TVs in the party room is not included in the party rental package.

Cancelation more than seven days prior to event = 25% of Total Contracted Price

Cancelation within seven days of event = 100% of Total Contracted Price

FAQ

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

Yes, we require that a lifeguard be present anytime there are individuals in the water.

Are swimmers and parents/guardians required to sign a waiver for their children and themselves?

No. Individual waivers are not required for those swimming and utilizing the inflatables during a party rental.

How deep is the water?

The competition pool where inflatables are place is 7-14ft deep. The Lesson pool is 3-4.5ft deep.

Are there life vests available?

Yes, our facility requires that all party attendees entering the water, regardless of age, must participate in a swim test. Please CLICK HERE to read our facilities swim test policy.

Are renters allowed to bring in food?

Yes, all renters are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages. All food and beverages must remain in the designated party room at all times. We ask that the renters prohibit party participants from consuming large amounts of food prior to entering the water to help avoid sickness. Please make sure that no food or beverages are in glass containers.

Are decorations allowed?

Hulbert Aquatic Center is an adhesive-free building. The use of tape, Command™ strips, poster putty, etc. is strictly prohibited.
Helium balloons, streamers, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited.

Level 1- NO INFLATABLES

Basic swim package only, does not include any inflatables. This package is available in either the Competition Pool or Lesson Pool.

Up to 20 swimmers - $200 NO INFLATABLES

Up to 35 swimmers - $300 NO INFLATABLES

Up to 50 swimmers - $400 NO INFLATABLES

Up to 75 swimmers - $500 NO INFLATABLES

Every party rental will have access to one of our party rooms. The layout of the room may vary. The use of TVs in the party room is not included in the party rental package.
